Jeremy Hardy is in his fourth decade as a stand-up comedian this year (which is a more dramatic way of saying that he started 32 years ago). He made his comedy debut in Blackadder Goes Forth in 1989, and has since become known for his radio appearances, including BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz and I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue, and his series of monologues Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation. His television credits include QI (BBC1), Mock The Week (BBC2), Grumpy Old Men (BBC1), Back In The Day (BBC2) and Not Tonight With John Sergeant (BBC2).

Praise for Jeremy Hardy:

‘Hardy’s becoming a national treasure’ - Chortle

‘Delivering intelligent, well-informed comedy with a socialist agenda’ - Bournemouth Echo
‘In an ideal world, Jeremy Hardy would be extremely famous, but an ideal world would leave him without most of his best material’ - The Guardian
